By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Job Listings & Third-Party Applications
Hirecept aggregates, indexes, and surfaces job openings and career opportunities from corporate applicant tracking systems, direct employer partnerships, and verified recruitment feeds. While we strive to maintain the highest data accuracy and remove stale listings promptly:
- Hirecept does not guarantee the availability, validity, or interview outcome of any job listed.
- Clicking "Apply" redirects candidates to the authorized third-party application page, employer ATS, or accredited programmatic recruiter URL.
- Hirecept never charges candidates a fee to apply for jobs. Be wary of any third-party solicitation requesting application fees under employer names.
User Accounts & Community Conduct
When creating an account or candidate profile on Hirecept, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
Users agree NOT to:
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive employment or candidate details
- Use automated crawlers, scrapers, or bots to overwhelm or harvest data without written authorization
- Transmit any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content in community feeds or discussions
- Engage in click fraud or artificial interaction with advertisements or sponsored links
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding job data belonging to respective employers), features, design elements, and branding remain the exclusive property of Hirecept and its licensors. Company names, trademarks, and logos displayed belong to their respective corporate trademark holders.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hirecept, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.
