Privacy-by-Design Architecture: Hirecept salts and hashes IP addresses cryptographically on the server. We do not store raw, unmasked IP addresses in our analytics databases. The data gathered is strictly used for analyzing trends, preventing click fraud, administering the site, tracking candidate interest across job categories, and gathering broad demographic insights.
